About the club

Bricks of Plenty is a group of like minded adult and teenage fans of LEGO who like to collect, build and display their LEGO creations!

We were established in 2018, and based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty and support Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region. We have members all over the Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Waihi, Taupo and Rotorua.

We meet monthly to socialise, build, share, learn and to be inspired.

Bricks of Plenty's members collect a broad variety of LEGO themes including Star Wars, Creator, Technic, Pirates etc.

Some of us just like to build Official sets (old and new), whilst some of us like to modify these and of course we have those who free build completely from their imagination.

It doesn’t matter what size your collection is. Our emphasis in the group is to have fun, share ideas and be involved!

New members are warmly welcomed.

We offer several options for paid and non paid membership :

Our full AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO) is $25 annually (March-Feb membership year), and includes the following; Access to the private Facebook page, voting rights at the AGM and Special Meetings, access to discounts from our sponsor Toyworld Bayfair, 1x club name badge, ability to purchase the Club polo, invitations to LUG events and access to any future LUGBULK when the club becomes recognised by LEGO.

Our full TFOL (Teenage Fan of LEGO) is $25 annually (March-Feb membership year), and includes the following; Access to the private Facebook page, access to discounts from our sponsor Toyworld Bayfair, 1x club name badge, ability to purchase the Club polo and invitations to LUG events.

Our full Family (up to 3 members from 1 family) is $40 annually (March-Feb membership year), and includes the following; Access to the private Facebook page, voting rights at the AGM and Special Meetings (18+), access to discounts from our sponsor Toyworld Bayfair, 2x club name badge, ability to purchase the Club polo, invitations to LUG events and access to any future LUGBULK when the club becomes recognised by LEGO (18+).

Associate Membership is $0 and includes being kept informed of LUG events (Brick Shows and displays)

For AFOL's 18 years and older who intend on being active members, attend LUG related activites

Full AFOL Family

For 2 members within the same immediate family (aged 13+), who intend on being active members, attend LUG related activities.

Full TFOL Member

For AFOL's age 13 to 18 years who intend on being active members, attend LUG related activities
